She was born in 1991 in Ankara. She completed her undergraduate education at Osmangazi University in 2014. She completed her master's education at Anadolu University and her doctorate education at Osmangazi University. Her area of expertise is on organizational theories. In recent years, she has been working on organizational neuroscience.
